It's time to update my review from December, 2017.
This visit, the food we were served was as good as my first visit, but the service was far superior this time.
My buddy suggested C J Sparrow as a place to grab a bite to eat for a periodic get together.
Ron had a locally brewed beer that he said was really good, though I can't recall the name. He said they have a decent selection of craft beers.
We started with a plate of Buffalo wings that were good and meaty, and perfectly cooked, but the sauce was nothing out of the ordinary.
He ordered a Philly cheesesteak wrap that was nicely filled with shaved steak & onions w/ cheese. It looked really good, and he enjoyed it.
I went off menu a bit, to ask our server if I could get a fried haddock wrap, instead of the hard (kaiser) roll on the menu. She said it was no problem! GREAT! One fried haddock wrap, w/ cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a smear of tartar sauce was written down.
It was so good, I think that's going to be my go-to order next time I come in.
Overall, a better experience than we had on my first visit, especially the service, that was so much better today. -

I like places like these. I feel like I got off a Harley when I entered the building. For all you weekend riders and 1 %'s alike yes I did own a Harley. Ok back to the food. Well it's a burger what can I say. I can find the food at any side of the road burger stand and it might actually be better. Don't get me wrong the service was great and the burger was good but it was just....you know a damn burger. Nothing to write home about. However the ambiance the vibe was kinda chill and the word freedom comes to mind. This is one of those places that the owner and staff does not give a shit about what you look like or who you are they treat everyone the same. You can't put a price on that you know!!?! When I am in the mood to hide away from the crazy day to day I am going to drink a beer and eat a burger here. So if you can't find me you will know where I am.

great gem in the area. wonderful environment, staff, and great food! BBQ is real southern BBQ. Hamburgers are a life experience in its own. have a drink and it couldn't get any better.

Second time here. First would have scored a 5+ this time not so much. The food is made from scratch and quite tasty. The smoked Gouda appetizer is to die for. But this time wasn't and fully melted through. My father had ribs wings and French onion soup. My daughter the pulled pork sandwich. Myself a burger. They were setting up for a band on a Thursday night. I will go back hoping to update this review to a 5. I get like it was an off night.

So disappointed that we didn't get to try the food. Walked in and stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone....anyone who worked there to acknowledge us, let alone assist us. It was busy at the bar, but plenty of open tables. Had the feeling that unless you are a regular, you don't get noticed all that much.
